10 megadeals reshaping the dental industry

1. Avenel, N.J.-based Eastern Dental Management was acquired by Branford Castle Partners, a private equity firm.

2. Dallas-based Smile Doctors acquired myOrthos, an orthodontic support organization with more than 70 practice locations across 13 states.

3. Great Neck, N.Y.-based The Smilist acquired BrookBeam Dental, a dental partnership organization supporting 16 offices in New York.
