Net worth: $5.6 billion
No. 1,341: Christoph Zeller, who inherited dental products company Ivoclar Vivadent AG and served as CEO from 1990 to 2003.
Net worth: $2.3 billion
No. 2,190: Heikki Kyostila, president of global dental equipment manufacturer Planmeca.
Net worth: $1.3 billion
