Four deals to know:
1. Woodbridge, Va.based Lightwave Dental Partners earned a private investment from affiliates of Lindsay Goldberg. The organization supports more than 200 dentists in 86 offices in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama.
2. Canton, Mass.-based Advanced Dental Brands received a growth investment from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, a private equity and alternative investment firm. Advanced Dental Brands supports 40 practices in multiple states.
3. Birmingham, Ala.-based HighFive Healthcare secured a $100 million growth investment led by venture capital and growth equity investment firm Norwest.
4. Indianapolis-based P1 Dental Partners closed a senior secured credit facility led by Synovus. The organization has more than 45 locations in Indiana and Illinois.
