Dentistry. One, a virtual-first dental care company based in Metuchen, New Jersey, has been named the NJBIZ 2025 For-Profit Business of the Year in the 1–49 employees category.
The award was announced during the NJBIZ Business of the Year Awards ceremony held on Dec. 11, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Somerset. Now in its 20th year, the NJBIZ Business of the Year program honors New Jersey organizations that demonstrate excellence in business performance, professional standards, and community impact.
Dentistry. One was selected by an independent panel of judges for its growth and innovation in expanding access to dental services. The company provides virtual dental care, connects patients with a nationwide network of dentists, offers personalized guidance, and helps coordinate in-person treatment when necessary.
“We’re honored to be recognized by NJBIZ as a 2025 Business of the Year winner,” said Brant Herman, founder and CEO of Dentistry. One and MouthWatch. “This recognition reflects our team’s dedication to making dental care easier to access and navigate, both in New Jersey and across the country—especially for people facing barriers such as cost, time constraints, anxiety, or limited access to providers.”
Through its virtual-first approach, Dentistry. One aims to help more patients take practical next steps in their oral health journey while supporting broader access to affordable dental care.
