Apex Dental Partners Expands Network to Boost Community Dental Care

Apex Dental Partners has completed three new partnerships in Texas, Missouri and Tennessee, the organization announced Friday. The additions increase Apex’s network to more than 57 partner practices and reinforce its non-branded “Private Practice Reimagined” model.

Each new partner is a long-standing, community-rooted practice that Apex said shares its emphasis on relationship-based dentistry. Under Apex’s hybrid partnership model, doctors retain full clinical autonomy and keep their practice identity while gaining operational support, financial resources and access to a collaborative network.

“Our goal has always been to grow through partnership, not acquisition,” said Ben Willoughby, senior vice president of dental partnerships at Apex.

He added that the company seeks doctors who want to continue leading their teams and serving patients with the same philosophy, while accessing resources to expand.

David Lohmann, Apex’s chief executive officer, said the new relationships reflect the company’s values. “We’re proud to welcome these doctors and teams to Apex and look forward to helping them continue to deliver exceptional care and long-term stability in their practices,” he said.

Apex said it remains selective in adding partners, working only with practices that align with its mission to foster clinically excellent, patient-focused private practices.
