Crystal Dental Clinic, a dental practice located on Park Lane in Macclesfield, has been acquired by Au Dental Group in a transaction brokered by Christie & Co.
The clinic, housed in a detached house and featuring four surgeries, has a strong reputation as one of the best dental practices in the area.
The acquisition was completed through a confidential transaction led by Christie & Co’s senior dental agent, Cathy Murphy.
Upon completion of the transaction, Crystal Dental Clinic will be renamed Park Lane Dental Centre. Au Dental Group plans to significantly expand its service capabilities by adding three new state-of-the-art operating rooms on the first floor.
Co-founded by Amin Tejani and Ambareen Tejani-Sharif, Au Dental Group currently operates seven clinics in the North West and a branch in Milton Keynes.
Managing Director Aly S Tejani said this investment reflects the group’s continued commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centric care and will enhance the dental experience for Macclesfield residents.
Cathy Murphy commented that Crystal Dental Clinic’s outstanding performance and rapid growth make it a valuable asset for Au Dental Group.
She added that the clinic attracted significant interest during the confidential sale process, highlighting the strong market interest in high-quality, mixed-use practices in the North West.
More broadly, this transaction reflects continued strong UK buyer interest in acquiring community healthcare providers, including dental practices, nursing homes, GP surgeries, and pharmacies.
