Dental technology company Sonendo has filed for a proposed initial public offering of common stock with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The number of shares to be offered and the price range for each share has not yet been determined, the company said. It plans to apply to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol SONX.
