Medical cannabis company Zelira Therapeutics has partnered with dental care company SprinJene on a toothpaste product to be launched by the end of the year. The toothpaste will contain cannabinoids, including cannabidiol (CBD), and will be Zelira’s first toothpaste as well as its first over-the-counter cannabinoid product. The firm said it plans to launch five new products this year.

Fotona has purchased laser systems and a photothermal therapy system from ARC Laser. The purchase includes the Fox III and Fox IV diode laser systems, which can be used to perform periodontal and other procedures. Nobio has received an additional 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Infinix antibacterial composites.
