SF Dental Group, alongside a strategic buyer, has launched a new dental platform.
The transaction combines SF Dental Group’s clinical practices with the buyer’s resources to establish a foundation for growth, according to a Sept. 9 news release.
The group has a network of five locations and 20 dentists, providing general, cosmetic and specialty dental services.
SF Dental Group was represented by Viper Partners, a healthcare-focused investment banking and advisory firm, in the transaction, the release said.
