Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Central England Specialist Referral Centre, Solihull, West Midlands.
Established by prosthodontics specialist Dr. Neil Wilson in 2003, Central England Specialist Referral Centre is a state-of-the-art specialist referral dental business. Over the last two decades, the practice has evolved to accommodate all specialist disciplines, with the practice home to an orthodontist, endodontist, periodontist, and oral surgeon. It comprises five spacious surgeries and benefits from more than 215 referring practices and 650 referring dentists. It is located in the Shirley area of Solihull.
Following a confidential sales process with Steve O’Connor at Christie & Co, Dr. Neil Wilson has now entered into a long-term partnership with DeNovo Dental Partners, becoming a minority shareholder in the DeNovo Group and continuing to lead the practice with full clinical and operational autonomy. The partnership provides Central England Specialist Referral Centre with strategic, operational, and financial support to enable its next phase of growth, while allowing Dr. Wilson to remain actively involved in the day-to-day running and future development of the practice. Both parties share a commitment to expanding the centre’s specialist services, strengthening its referral network, and building on its reputation for collaborative, high-quality patient care.
