Organised alongside the 20th China Stomatological Association (CSA) Annual Meeting, the China Dental Show 2018 (CDS) will open its doors in Shanghai on 29th August to 1st September to the largest gathering of dentists from private and public hospitals and clinics and distributors in China, showcasing products and services from the entire value of chain of oral health.
Through the CDS, new products and technologies will be presented by over 700 companies including leading international and local brands to tens of thousands of industry professionals wish to learn, trade and network at one of the most important dental events of the year in China.
Following its 2018 theme of “Periodontal Care Guarantees Oral Health”, the annual CSA conference additionally strives to promote the concept of greater periodontal care in China. In association with CSA, the Chinese Society of Periodontology will also be hosting a meeting of approximately 1,000 attendees on the CDS show floor.
This year, CDS exhibition halls will be staging two new shows namely, “Periodontal-dental Implant Repairs” and “Root-removable Dentures”, with a double aim to combine clinical practice with experience and enhance interaction between exhibitors and participants. These highlights are slated to boost the role of CDS in promoting positive interaction between exhibitors and visitors of major segments, while leading the development of the industry.
The CDS venue will provide nearly 60 CSA continuing-education dental courses and Live demonstrations, covering topics on dental repairs, aesthetics, dental implants, periodontics, and oral care. Renowned dental experts, including Tan Jianguo, Liu Zhonghao, Yan Fuhua, and Li Xiu’e will be demonstrating oral surgical skills onsite, allowing participating dentists to acquire new expertise on the spot. This will additionally allow academic circles the opportunity to enjoy close interaction with relevant dentists and dental enterprises.
Thanks to its cooperation with overseas organisations like Japan Dental Trade Association (JDTA), Trade Development Authority Of Pakistan (TDAP), and Seoul Dental Association (SDA), CDS will also be welcoming national and regional pavilions from the US, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Pakistan, Israel, and Taiwan. These pavilions will showcase internationally leading dental products & technologies and will help to further the development of the dental industry in China.
Overseas attendees have been invited to the show by means of an international attendee telemarketing centre, international websites, and overseas media promotion. National delegations, in collaboration with various overseas institutions, have also been organised to visit CDS.
