Personal finance website WalletHub released its list of cities with the biggest changes in unemployment Aug. 3. It assessed 180 of the largest cities, including the 150 most populated U.S. cities and at least one of the most populated cities in each state — in two categories. 1. Miami

2. Springfield, Mo.

3. Manchester, N.H.

4. Sioux Falls, S.D.

5. South Burlington, Vt.

The cities with the highest unemployment rate, according to WalletHub:

1. Detroit

2. Dover, Del.

3. Cleveland

4. Wilmington, Del.
