Spherical burs have become an established and indispensable basic rotary instrument in dental laboratories. They are used for various purposes, such as working on fissures on metal occlusal surfaces or preparing and smoothing grainy cast palatal plates prior to final polishing.
The specially designed neck of the BUSCH 1SXM permits a better overview when removing smallest cast pearls from the tips of crowns or when working on the inner surfaces of long, extremely slender crowns.
