Danbury-based Western Connecticut State University planned to host the event March 20-21 at its O’Neill Center. The event has been going on every year since 2008.
Patients who visit the dental clinic can receive free dental services, including health screenings, X-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions and oral surgery. Currently, the group is in talks to find a new date to hold the free clinic.
“The CT Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic is a critically important volunteer healthcare initiative that’s become a tradition in our state,” said Gov. Ned Lamont, according to WFSB.
