Convergent Dental released software upgrades to its Solea dental laser at the Chicago Dental Society’s 2016 Midwinter Meeting.
The updates include new 1.25-mm and 0.75-mm coarse cut (XC) spot sizes, according to a press release. The new spot sizes increase cutting speed and precision, the company noted.
“This update and the new spot sizes it provides are part of a continuous improvement strategy that we have been delivering on since we introduced Solea two years ago,” said CEO Michael Cataldo in a release.
