Dental technology company, Dandy, has announced the acquisition of Neem, a dental practice management software provider focused on helping practices streamline operations and support growth. Neem brings to Dandy extensive expertise in product development, user experience and engineering, underpinned by a strong understanding of how dental practices operate.
Together, Dandy and Neem aim to advance the digital transformation of restorative dentistry by combining Dandy’s end-to-end laboratory and software ecosystem with Neem’s proven capabilities in emerging technologies, UX design and engineering. Employees will collaborate on new technologies, including Dandy’s Vision intraoral scanner, which brings laboratory capabilities directly into the hands of clinicians.
