With the acquisition, DENCAP’s network has reached more than 150 dental practices, according to a Jan. 25 news release.
Acquiring Golden Dental Plans allows DENCAP to expand its services to include union group plans, something it did not previously provide.
Based in Detroit, DENCAP serves counties throughout Michigan, including Wayne, Oakland and Macomb. The company now has more than 200,000 enrolled members, according to the release.
