Mr. Carroll is the current board chair at Fluent and was previously the CEO of Arcadia Solutions, a healthcare data and analytics company, for 10 years, according to a Dec. 20 news release from Fluent.
He takes over as CEO following the retirement of former CEO Paul Sheils.
