Dentalpost surveyed 413 dental practice managers from July to October 2023 for this year’s report.
Here are five notes on income for dental practice managers in 2023:
1. The average hourly wage increased by 16.4% to $34.21.
2. Forty-two percent of practice managers were earning at least $50 per hour.
3. The average annual salary increased by 13.02% to $76,279.
4. Forty percent of practice managers were earning at least $75,000 per year.
5. Twenty-four percent of practice managers said they were dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with their income.
