The more than 2,000-square-foot building, located in Odenton, Md., will become the new site of Children’s Dentistry at Odenton.
The practice is owned by Maria Carmela Guevara-Arreza, DMD, and provides services including general treatment, sedation dentistry and hospital dentistry.
The building was sold for $1.05 million and formerly housed a Sandy Spring Bank branch, the report said.
