The first transaction included 10 properties in Texas, Ohio, South Carolina, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Illinois. A second transaction was a nine-property portfolio across West Virginia, North Carolina and Virginia, according to a Dec. 10 news release.
With the acquisitions, the company’s portfolio has reached 206 total properties with a portfolio value of more than $250 million.
NDH REIT is a member of the Thurston Group portfolio, a private equity firm that includes DSOs such as Smile Doctors, U.S. Oral Surgery Management and Gen4 Dental Partners, the release said.
