DentalXChange and Savista Partner to Innovate Dental Revenue Cycle Management

DentalXChange and Savista announced a strategic partnership to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of dental revenue cycle management (RCM) services.

This partnership will fully integrate DentalXChange’s leading advantages in RCM technology and Savista’s rich service experience to provide efficient operational support solutions for dental clinics.

The partnership has led to the establishment of a dental RCM service bureau, which is specifically for dental clinics using different clinic management systems, integrating the technical and professional team resources of both parties to optimize billing and reimbursement processes.

In addition, the two parties have jointly launched a comprehensive dental billing university and certification program to promote talent development and professional capacity improvement.

Paul Kaiser, CEO of DentalXChange, said: “The dental industry is in urgent need of automated revenue cycle management technology and professional talent, and obtaining cost-effective and highly skilled personnel is a major challenge in the market.

Through this partnership, we can provide customers with a comprehensive solution that reduces operating costs, increases revenue and accelerates cash flow.”

The Dental RCM Service Bureau covers the entire process of claim submission, follow-up tracking, payment posting, benefit verification and data entry, aiming to simplify reimbursement procedures, alleviate staff shortages, help clinics improve cash flow and reduce administrative costs.
