Dentsply Sirona has appointed Bruce Peatey as group vice-president of its new Americas Regional Commercial Organization (RCO). This appointment marks a change in Dentsply Sirona’s RCO structure, uniting the North America (NAM) and Latin America (LATAM) RCOs into a new joint Americas RCO.

Peatey joined Dentsply Sirona in 2022 to lead the company’s APAC RCO, where he focused on building a collaborative leadership team, enhancing commercial activities, and implementing various DE&I initiatives.
According to the company, he is a seasoned healthcare industry commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, and biotechnology companies, including experience in North American and LATAM markets.
“I am excited to take on this new opportunity at Dentsply Sirona as we work together to set the region up for future success. I am proud of everything we have accomplished in APAC and look forward to taking on new challenges and identifying new solutions in a different corner of the world,” said Peatey.
In his new role, Peatey will set his focus on high employee engagement to drive high-performing teams. Following a relocation to Charlotte, NC, US, where Dentsply Sirona is headquartered, he plans to travel the region to meet employees and customers to identify areas of success and opportunity.
Dentsply Sirona’s newly created Americas RCO encompasses the previous NAM and LATAM RCOs, which were merged to improve synergies and accelerate the company’s strategic and commercial success.
“Bruce has played a pivotal role in our APAC region, helping foster collaboration and connection both within the region and globally. We have full confidence in his ability to do the same in our new Americas RCO and are excited to see what he and his team will achieve in the future,” said Simon Campion, president & CEO of Dentsply Sirona.
