Here are four things to know.
1. Mr. Alexos will report to Interim CEO Mark Thierer in his new role.
2. As EVP/chief administrative officer, Mr. Alexos will head the company’s treasury, information technology, strategic planning, investor relations and business development.
3. Prior to joining Dentsply Sirona, Mr. Alexos worked at a Chicago-based private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners, which he co-founded.
4. Dentsply Sirona also named Keith Ebling the EVP, general counsel and secretary.
