Dr. Rafia was previously the dental director for the Oregon State Health Authority, where he guided the organization’s efforts to improve access to quality oral healthcare, provided expertise on Oregon’s dental programs and oversaw improvements to the state’s oral healthcare metrics.
In his new role, Dr. Rafia will spearhead initiatives to enhance access to integrated, person-centered, value-based oral healthcare, according to an Aug. 9 news release
