The crash was reported at about 2:13 p.m. on Feb. 13.
The Longview Fire Department said no one was injured inside the building, but the driver was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries.
The dental office remained structurally sound after the crash.
The Longview Police Department is investigating the incident.
