Out of sight, out of mind often describes how dental patients think about sterilization—but that doesn’t diminish its importance. In fact, behind the scenes, this essential equipment plays a critical role during their dental visit.

It’s a fact that Enbio understands well. Over the course of 7 years, and drawing on its more than 3 decades of biotechnology and industrial hydroponics experience, Enbio has distributed more than 70,000 autoclaves throughout the world.
Designed in Switzerland, and following in the footsteps of the Enbio S, an ultrafast, vacuum-class autoclave, the next-generation Enbio Pro is set to make its debut in the United States. The autoclave is specially made to keep pace with busy practice workflows and high instrument volumes.
High-Capacity Autoclave
A powerful Class B autoclave designed for practices with a higher instrument load, Enbio Pro is ideal for general, oral surgery, and implantology offices, as it can accommodate implantology cassettes.

It’s also tailor-made for procedures that demand fast sterilization of smaller batches, or where space is limited. Enbio Pro offers advanced sterilization capacity while maintaining the speed, ease of use, and quiet operation that Enbio users are accustomed to.
The Enbio Pro features a 5.3-L chamber capacity, which is double the size compared to the popular Enbio S, and it can hold up to 16 standard pouches, which is double the number of pouches the Enbio S can hold. The larger chamber size allows Enbio Pro to accommodate more instruments while still maintaining fast cycle times.
Compact Size, 3 Cycles
Users can choose from 3 sterilization programs. For unwrapped instruments, using the Enbio Pro’s Class S “FAST” setting, cycles can complete in just 9 minutes at 134ºC. For wrapped instruments using the Class B setting, the autoclave offers a processing time of 18 minutes, including drying time, at 134ºC. For delicate and wrapped instruments, the Class B cycle processing time is 45 minutes at 121ºC.
Dental practices that are challenged for workspace also will appreciate the Enbio Pro’s compact design, which is 6 times smaller and 3 times lighter than a standard Class B autoclave.
