Envista completes acquisition of Carestream’s intraoral scanner business

Envista agreed to buy the segment for $600 million in December 2021 in alignment with its goals to offer digital solutions for dental workflows. 

The business will be rebranded as Dexis and operate under Envista’s equipment and consumables segment.
