Former Oklahoma dental assistant accused of assaulting patient

The FBI reportedly received a video of Cody Allen Stolfa, 36, allegedly assaulting a patient while he was unconscious in a dental chair.  

Mr. Stolfa’s next court appearance is Sept. 9, according to court documents.
