The crown is prepped, scanned, and milled, and then the restoration is cemented—all with the same setup. The core and the cement for the crown are completely compatible.
Compared to other materials, I fi nd Visalys CemCore’s handling to be surprisingly versatile. It fl ows like a cement when loading crowns or posts and it stacks up nicely for cores. It also can be used without a matrix, thanks to the unique ActiveConnect-Technology (ACT), which provides an adhesive bond. You can calibrate the fl ow rate by the amount of pressure you put on the syringe depressor.
