Garrison Dental Solutions has launched the Quad Matrix System tackling Class II restorations.
The Quad Matrix System addresses the limitations of traditional matrix systems, including complex scenarios such as back-to-back restorations, deep caries, and multi-tooth restorations with precision and efficiency. Be it a single restoration or an entire quadrant of Class IIs, the Quad system provides the versatility and performance that clinicians need.
Conceived by Dr Matt Burton, a practicing dentist, and brought to life by Garrison, the Quad Matrix System is supported by clinical validation. It addresses common challenges with features that enhance tooth separation, matrix stabilisation, and cervical sealing.
The system offers the following features:
Driver-tip quad rings: The asymmetrical tip design maximises ring adaptation to effectively address complex
restorations;
Split-tip quad wedges: Designed to work with the Quad ring to reinforce gingival seal and support a natural emergence profile, creating strong contact areas;
Firm and dead-soft bands: Comprehensive range of firm and dead-soft bands to accommodate a variety of clinical scenarios, from single Class IIs to back-to-backs, ensuring the best results across all procedures.
The Quad Matrix System also supports a wide range of clinical scenarios:
Back-to-back restorations: Simultaneously restore both sides of adjacent Class IIs using two matrix bands, one
Quad Wedge, and one Quad Ring;
Deeper caries: Achieve a secure seal for subgingival restorations with Firm Bands and Quad Wedges enhanced
by the driver-tip design;
Multi-tooth restorations: Use Universal (blue) and Tall (orange) Quad Rings to create ideal contours and contacts.
Supported by a fully integrated design, versatility, efficiency, and precision for even complex cases, the Quad Matrix System enhances how clinicians approach Class II restorations.
