GRIP&SHOOT has released their latest iPhone App promising to streamline the image capture process.
The company’s goal is to take user’s iPhone and turn it into the only camera the practice needs.
Their Bluetooth Smart Grip attaches to the iPhone providing ergonomic comfort and full one-handed control.
Pressing buttons on the Grip allow the user to zoom, capture, and navigate their App while the other hand is free to manipulate mirrors or tools.
GRIP&SHOOT’s newest App, G&S Dental, walks practitioners and their staff through the image capture process.
After typing in a patient’s information, users are tasked with eight shots to capture (profiles, upper/lower occlusal, right/left lateral, and front views).
They’ve included image overlays to help line up the shot and the Grip’s buttons allows to manipulate the frame to user’s liking.
After populating the “Patient Grid”, users are then offered to easily send this information to their computer for record keeping or even to the patient as a diagnostic report card.
G&S Dental aims at removing the complexities of dental photography and allow any practice at any skill level to capture professional patient photos with ease.
