James Crouch, DDS, affiliated his Kenner, La.-based office with the DSO, according to an April 15 LinkedIn post.
This year, Heartland Dental has also added practices in Florida, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
The DSO supports more than 1,700 locations in 38 states and Washington, D.C.
