The Effingham, Ill.-based DSO announced the agreement May 14. The strategic transaction allows American Dental Partners’ practices to utilize Heartland Dental for marketing, office operations, information technology, human resources and payer relations.
Heartland Dental serves 1,150 dental offices across 38 states. ADPI has 23 dental practices across 21 states.
