The newly constructed property, occupied by Soft Touch Dentistry, features a 10-year net lease that includes a 10% rental increase every five years, real estate service firm The Boulder Group said in a July 10 news release.
Heartland Dental is the largest DSO in the U.S., supporting more than 1,700 offices in 38 states.
