The sale of the new construction single tenant property was completed by The Boulder Group, according to a Nov. 26 news release.
The seller was a real estate development company based in the Northeast and the seller was a California-based investor.
The property includes a 10-year net lease with 10% rental increases every five years, the release said.
Heartland Dental is the largest DSO in the U.S., supporting more than 1,700 practices across 38 states and Washington, D.C.
