The first location the DSO is building will entail converting an old bank with 4,123 square feet for $627,480.
Heartland Dental will also construct a 4,260-square-foot building, costing the company $950,000.
Heartland Dental is the largest DSO in the U.S., with more than 1,650 practices across 38 states.
