The 3,856-square-foot building was originally occupied by a bank, but has been vacant since 2011.
Heartland Dental signed a 10-year lease last year and is in the permitting process.
The practice will include 10 treatment and hygiene rooms, plus an X-ray room.
Heartland Dental supports more than 1,750 practice locations across 39 states and Washington, D.C.
