Herringbone Digital, a platform supported by Trinity Hunt Partners, has acquired Hennessey Digital, a digital marketing agency that specialises in serving law firms across the United States. The acquisition marks Herringbone Digital’s first move into the legal marketing sector and aligns with its broader strategy to develop a cross-industry platform serving the dental, legal, healthcare and home services sectors.

Founded in 2015 by Jason Hennessey, Hennessey Digital is based in Valencia, California and operates with a fully remote team of 125 people. The company focuses on search engine optimisation (SEO) and related digital marketing services for law firms, particularly those practising personal injury law. It has previously been recognised by Fortune as one of the 50 Best Workplaces in Advertising & Marketing.

Following the acquisition, Hennessey Digital will retain its name and continue operating with its current leadership team. This arrangement aims to ensure continuity in both operations and culture.

Hennessey Digital provides a range of services including SEO, digital PR, pay-per-click advertising and website development. The company’s integration into the Herringbone platform is expected to enhance its ability to apply artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies, in line with Herringbone’s broader multi-vertical strategy.
