IDS 2025 to extend free invites for students, master students and trainees

IDS serves as a platform for aspiring young professionals to learn more about the industry’s latest innovations and connect with established professionals

The future of the dental industry begins with the skilled workers that are completing their training today. With that in mind, the International Dental Show (IDS), set to take place in Cologne from 25-29 Mar, will invite students, trainees and school pupils in dentistry and dental technology to attend the trade show on 29 Mar.

IDS is using this initiative to promote exchange between young talents, established skilled workers and leading companies of the international dental industry. The aim is to grant young professionals early access to current developments, innovative technologies and industry contacts.

Numerous digital services will be available to visitors, enabling them to plan their visit to the trade show efficiently and conveniently. The IDS app, for one, serves as an interactive companion on-site, where users can access the hall plan, list of exhibitors and event programme through their smartphones. Furthermore, the IDSconnect platform, which comprises of online seminars, product presentations and networking opportunities, provides a digital enhancement to the trade fair.

With these offers, IDS is reinforcing its goals of delivering a platform for knowledge transfer and upcoming industry professionals — and thus working towards enhancing future of the dental industry.
