Greater customer focus
Frank has been with the company since the beginning of 2019, and his appointment as CMO of Ivoclar Vivadent from 1 January 2021 underlines the importance of this task.
In his new role as a member of Corporate Management, Frank will be responsible for all global business units as well as for planning and implementation of their global marketing strategy.
Particularly, he will concentrate both on further enhancing global awareness of the brand and its positive image, as well as on optimising customer focus.
Extensive experience in brand management
In doing so, Frank has the advantage that he has already been with the company since the start of 2019 – initially as co-CEO of Kapanu, an Ivoclar Vivadent subsidiary.
Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, this start-up specialises in visual data processing and machine learning for dental applications, developing solutions such as the smile visualisation app: IvoSmile.
In June 2019, he also took over leadership of the Global Brand and Marketing Communications sector at Ivoclar Vivadent, where his responsibilities included brand management, customer experience, digital communication, and scientific marketing.
Frank brings extensive experience in brand management for global organisations. He previously held various sales and marketing roles at Salomon, Sonos, and Logitech.
