The 4,053-square-foot building has been leased to Jefferson Dental since 2019.
Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, FourT Realty, in the deal, according to a Dec. 17 news release.
Hanley Investment Group said it has completed the sale of more than 70 dental and medical properties valued at $403 million within the last 36 months.
