The day will cover the four Cs: Consent, confidentiality, communication and complaints handling.
The event has been tailored to provide 5.5 hours of verifiable CPD and will include lecture-based and practical group work, with the opportunity to ask questions and network with peers.
Throughout the day you will learn more about:
- Getting up to speed with the essentials of confidentiality
- Achieving a strong consent process
- Understanding the risks of context in communications
- Exploring ways of minimising the risk of complaints
- What steps you need to take when dealing with complaints.
