Many digital marketing companies claim to do all the heavy lifting for you. But when you hand over the reins, you realize that you’re paying a lot for a very little return. With Zocdoc, I receive a high amount of new patients and website traffic at a good value. I only pay a fee for each first-time patient booking, and if the treatment that patient receives on their first appointment, plus any subsequent visits, is greater than the booking fee, it’s extremely worth it. It’s a win-win scenario that drives continual treatment at my practice.,When potential patients log onto the Zocdoc website, they can easily find whatever type of doctor or treatment they are looking for. So, it’s a vehicle that is continuously driving in new patients. As if a flood of new patients isn’t reason enough to consider Zocdoc, these new patients often refer their friends and family after they’ve received treatment. When one patient comes in from Zocdoc, it can give you 5 more patients in referrals alone.,On my practice website, there is a Zocdoc “Book Online” button that allows patients to select the reason for their visit and then schedule an appointment on a date that works best. Patients appreciate the easy access and convenience, so the ability to book online is a huge bonus. Plus, it syncs with my
schedule so that patients can only book appointments in available time slots.,Like most people, whenever I go anywhere or buy anything, the first thing I do is look at the reviews to see if others had a good experience with that particular product or service. When it comes to your health, it’s important to choose a provider that you trust, or at least a provider that a lot of people have trusted and spoken highly of. Many of our patients leave Zocdoc reviews, which are beneficial not only from a marketing standpoint, but as a way to improve the patient experience in our office.
