
MB2 Dental has launched Carabelli Club, a national affiliate programme aimed at supporting independent dental practice owners with business growth, operational efficiency, and cost savings—while upholding core values of independence and clinical autonomy.
Carabelli Club is positioned as a streamlined version of MB2 Dental’s established partnership model. By leveraging existing relationships with suppliers and service providers, the programme enables members to benefit from group-level pricing.
“Carabelli Club is our way of extending part of the MB2 platform to private practice owners, giving them access to the pricing, resources, and support we’ve built over the years,” said Dr Chris Steven Villanueva, founder and chief executive officer of MB2 Dental. “We talk to more than 2,500 dentists every year about joining MB2. While we only partner with about three percent of them based on our selective criteria and alignment process, we’ve found that most who don’t join remain private practices. This programme is designed to bring more of those dentists into the fold and help them thrive, even as private practices face increasing headwinds.”
Although Carabelli Club offers access to discounts and premium services, its core strength lies in the experience and insight gained from MB2 Dental’s support of nearly 800 partner practices. Members are expected to benefit from this strategic perspective as the programme develops.
Carabelli Club member benefits include access to savings from national suppliers, laboratories, and technology providers. Vendor partnerships cover areas such as marketing, IT, artificial intelligence tools, insurance verification, and patient financing. Members also receive free and discounted continuing education opportunities, a complimentary Dentira membership for procurement support, and exclusive access to Carabelli Clubhouse—an online platform for clinical tips, vendor promotions, product updates, and best practices. Additional benefits include travel and lifestyle discounts with major consumer brands.

Key vendor partners include Henry Schein, Align Technologies, Envista, Dentsply Sirona, MaxAssist, Overjet, Cadmus Dental Lab, and CareCredit.
