Candidates must be healthy and missing upper or lower back teeth. Once selected, individuals will receive a dental implant and abutment for $699, saving about $1,500. Later, a crown will be created, also for a reduced fee.

The dental training program is in cooperation with Chicago-based Engel Institute led by Todd Engel, DDS. Professional dentists are trained under Dr. Kosinski and will perform implant surgery on select patients.
