Detroit-based Motor City Dental Partners has received financing from Brightwood Capital Advisors, a private credit firm.
The funding will be used by MCDP to refinance its existing debt, fund acquisitions, and strengthen its balance sheet, according to an Oct. 2 news release from Brightwood.
MCDP is a doctor-owned DSO and was founded in 2012.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the release said.
