Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of The Park Clinic, a long-established clinic for dentist services in Wimbledon, South West London. Founded in 1985, the practice offers seven surgeries and operates as a specialist referral center for periodontology, endodontics, oral surgery, CT scanning, orthodontics and implants. It sits on Durham Road in one of Wimbledon’s most desirable residential areas.
The practice was owned by Dr. Lidia Ferritto, who chose to sell as part of her plan to reduce management duties and focus more on clinical work.
After a confidential marketing process led by Tony Walker of Christie & Co, the clinic for dentist operations were purchased by Mosaic Dental Group, co-owned by Clinical Director Dr. Sharan Purewal.
Dr. Purewal said the group is “thrilled” to add The Park Clinic to its portfolio, praising its strong team and reputation.
She added that Mosaic Dental Group looks forward to working closely with Dr. Ferritto in the years ahead to maintain high-quality specialist care for patients.
Walker said it was a pleasure to support the sale and noted that the transaction reflects continued market demand for quality dental practices across London. The Park Clinic was sold for an undisclosed price.
