On June 25, more than 1,100 consumers set the new world record for the most people using mouthwash simultaneously when they swished with Colgate-Palmolive Total Advanced Pro-Shield mouthwash in New York’s Times Square.
A total of 1,142 participants, along with TV host and actress Stacy Keibler, simultaneously swished to break the record.
The event also supported the Make-A-Wish Foundation, according to the World Record Academy. To celebrate the launch of Colgate Total Advanced Pro-Shield mouthwash, Colgate teamed up with Make-A-Wish to encourage consumers to “swish” for a difference. As part of “A Wish For A Swish,” Colgate donated $1 to Make-A-Wish for every participant in attendance.
