On August 8, 2025, Neo Smiles Dental Clinic celebrated its tenth anniversary. Over the past decade, the clinic has grown from a small, one-person clinic in the city center to a professional orthodontic chain covering Bedok, Serangoon, and Bishan.

Neo Smiles initially focused on providing affordable orthodontic treatment to residents in the city center. With growing patient demand, the clinic has expanded its team and facilities, and now has three branches, staffed by three orthodontists, an oral surgeon, and several general dentists. Services include traditional metal and ceramic braces, the Damon self-ligating brace system, Invisalign, oral surgery including wisdom tooth extraction, and routine dental care.
The clinic is Invisalign Diamond certified and equipped with high-end equipment such as the advanced iTero Lumina 3D intraoral scanner. Patients receive treatment in a comfortable environment, with background music, aromatherapy, and an overhead TV specially designed to create a relaxing atmosphere.

During this decade, the clinic has experienced many challenges, including staffing difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2023, due to the unexpected closure of the original Kovan branch, the clinic successfully relocated to Serangoon Central, further enhancing patient convenience.
At the same time, Neo Smiles has actively introduced digital technology, using intraoral scanning and low-radiation cone-beam CT imaging to replace traditional impressions and CT scans, improving the accuracy and safety of diagnosis and treatment.

Neo Smiles not only provides early childhood orthodontic treatment, but also offers a variety of treatment options, including teeth whitening, stain removal, and black triangle management.
